We will meet weekly, Monday mornings at 8:45 and Wednesday afternoons at 12:45 as part of the couch-to-5k program. Children are welcome, even babies in strollers!! Let’s motivate each other to get ready to run a 5k by next summer!! If you plan to join us, send a quick note so we know to wait for you! Even if you can’t meet both days or every week, feel free to join us when you can and then complete the weekly plan on your own at your convenience.
