Success!

We headed to the Wakefield town hall this evening to talk with the planning board about our plans for the schoolhouse.  They were VERY supportive!  We still need to go through the formality of filing for a conditional use permit but we now feel comfortable setting a closing date on the property.  Pam Judge, the chairwoman of the Wakefield Heritage Commission came and kindly spoke on our behalf.  As word spreads of our plans for this lovely little schoolhouse,  we hear more and more how much people love this place, how special it is….very encouraging 🙂  Thank you!

ps….NO sprinkler system necessary!!  septic inspection Monday…an old system, praying it’s in good shape 🙂
